Huge number of students where 7.64 Lakh of students has appeared for the examination where 73.26% of the students have qualified in the examination and the rest didn’t do their best in the regular exam and they got another chance to appear for the supplementary examination and they got the chance to clear the subjects. Compared to the previous year this year there is a downfall in the pass percentage. 79.16% students have qualified in 2016 regular examination where 81.82% students have qualified in the 2015 regular examination.The pass percentage of girls this year is 74.08% where as the boys pass percentage is 62.42% where as the girls secured 80.59% and boys secured 70.21% in previous year.

The failed students in Annual examination in March 2017 had applied and appeared for the supplementary examinations held in the month of June at various centers across Karnataka state.
